A free BallotBox account can only have one active poll at a time. A paid subscription can have as many active polls as you wish, subject to the following two limitations:
- You must honor the limits on the number of voters in your subscription. For example, you can’t launch a poll to one set of voters, and then launch the same poll to a different set of voters, to take advantage of the unlimited polls that we offer.
- You must comply with our Terms of Service. For example, you cannot use BallotBox to harass anyone.
But in a nutshell, if you reasonably and in good faith actually want input from your voters about something, then we would like to help you get that input.
