Each BallotBox customer account has an account home page, in the format https://your-organization.ballotboxonline.com).
Most Admins, Officers and voters will interact with BallotBox through emails that BallotBox sends, but sometimes – such as when we want a voter to provide his or her email address through our VoterSignUp service (Platinum subscriptions only), or when an Admin or Officer has forgotten his or her password, the account home page is very useful.
If an you don’t know your organization’s BallotBox account home page, you can find it by visiting https://www.BallotBoxOnline.com/login/, clicking on the “Find your BallotBox account” link, and entering your email address. If your email address is associated with any BallotBox account, as an Admin, Officer, or voter, you will receive an email from BallotBox that has links to all of those accounts.
