One of the “question types” is called Instructions / Information. (We are using the quotation marks because this does not actually seek any input from the voter.)
In Instructions/Information, you can include images, as well as HTML formatted text.
You can decide whether to display the Instructions/Information only while a voter is voting, only when a voter is reviewing his or her selected answers, or both.
