Some of my voters do not have an email account. Can they still vote online using BallotBox?

Yes, but they will have to set up an email account first.  BallotBox uses the email account to authenticate the voter.

Almost everyone has an email address, these days, but if one of your voters does not, you can suggest that they sign up for an email account on gmail.com, outlook.com, or a similar third party platform – and when they do, you can edit them in the Voters tab to add that email address.

Our Platinum customers may also be interested in our VoterSignUp service, which can help collect email addresses from many voters at once.
