At the present time, BallotBox requires a valid email address for every voter. However, we would like to add the capability to support an in-person “voting booth” if our customers would find that helpful.
If you would like BallotBox to add that functionality, please let us know. Whether a particular feature is added to BallotBox will depend on a variety of factors, but the most significant factors are the number of customers, and the number of voters across those customers, that we believe would find that feature useful.
In the meantime, if all of your members have a smartphone or tablet with them during your meeting, you could use BallotBox's current functionality, and let each person vote using his or her own device.
