After the poll has closed, you (using your Admin account) will go to the Summary tab of the ballot. At the bottom of that page, click Unlock Poll. You will need to have a quorum of your Officers for that poll physically present with you because they will need to input their passwords unlock the Poll Results.
As soon as they do, BallotBox will use the Officers’ passwords to decrypt the ballots, and will tabulate the results. A new tab will appear in that poll that will allow you to view the results.
