In general, we advise customers to allow a minimum of one week ... and to go that quickly, the poll cannot be too complex, and you will need to have:
- a list of your voters (with valid email addresses) in a consistently formatted list
- Officers for your poll who are responsive, and will set their passwords and review the ballot when you deploy the poll for review
- the questions you want to ask your voters
Future polls can take less time, but if you rush your first one, you may make mistakes that you could have avoided.
