You can tell BallotBox you forgot your password, and you will be emailed a link that you can use to reset it.
If you reset your Officer password for a poll that has launched, your new password cannot be used to unlock that poll. To be able to help unlock the results, you must remember your Officer password that was in effect before you reset it. The cast ballots are encrypted in our database, and without the Officer passwords, there is no way to decrypt them. If too many Officers forget their passwords, the poll will have to be scrapped, and everyone will have to vote again.
