I have not received an email to set my Officer password. Is there a way to resend that email?

First, we recommend that you check your spam (junk mail) folder, or wherever blocked emails are in your system.  Your email from BallotBox may be there.

Second, to prevent BallotBox emails from being blocked, we recommend that you pre-approve emails from noreply@ballotboxonline.com.  In many email systems, adding that email address into your Contacts is sufficient to pre-approve our emails.

And finally, there are two ways to have such an email re-sent. 

The easiest for you:  an Admin for that organization can go to the Officer’s tab in that poll, and click the Resend Invitation button next to your name.

The alternative route:  you can go to the organization’s BallotBox account home page (https://your-organization.ballotboxonline.com), click on the poll in which you are to be an Officer, select Officer Login, and then click Forgot your password?   There, you can ask BallotBox to re-send an Officer email to yourself.
